Palazzo Passerini was part of HIP Hotels and was featured regularly in the mainstream UK press, including The Times, the Financial Times, the Telegraph, and HIP Hotels magazine.

During the 4 years of operation as a luxury rental all reviews across booking platforms such as Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com were 5 star, without exception. Through collaborations with Wine Tour groups, the Palazzo regularly hosted events and gatherings, and offered wine tastings, truffle hunting, and cooking experiences.

Most visitors were from the USA and appreciated the level of amenity of the facilities and the excellent services provided by cleaners and house management. As a result, the property achieved a premium rate averaging €700 per night in 2025.

However, operational costs to maintain such a high standard were considerable and did not yield a significant profit.
