Charles Collett is a British architect with more than thirty years of practice.
His most significant project to date in Italy, Palazzo Passerini in Cortona, was a three-year renovation of a 15th-century townhouse originally built by Cardinal Silvio Passerini in 1493. The project was listed with HIP Hotels and sold in 2026.
Charles founded Planet 9 Properties Srl to bring architectural and renovation consultancy to clients looking to buy, restore or redesign Italian properties. He offers not only design expertise but a deep knowledge of the Italian building trades, local planning law, and a network of artisans who produce work of genuine quality.
Projects currently include La Casa Cappellina, a private farmhouse villa with pool in the hills above Cortona.
